What happens when the limit is exceeded?
In Free, Basic, and Pro packages, the maximum number of signatures is fixed. Once the limit is reached, new signatures cannot be sent before the next billing cycle or upgrading the package. In the Business package, overages are billed separately at €0.95 / piece.

Not all documents require the strongest possible seal. With EpicSign, you can add a seal only to the documents where it's truly needed – ensuring you don't pay unnecessarily for every document.

What do additional costs mean in practice?
Optional eIDAS seal costs €1.50 / document. In the Business package, signature requests exceeding the package limit are billed at €0.95 / piece. In Free, Basic, and Pro packages, new requests cannot be sent before the next billing cycle or upgrading the package.
How to Choose the Right Package
If you only sign occasionally, start with the Free package. If you have 2–3 users and a recurring need, choose Basic. If signing is part of the daily routine for sales, HR, or financial administration, choose Pro. If you need unlimited user count and flexibility in volumes, choose Business.
Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
Is there a commitment period?
No. You can choose a billing interval of 1, 3, or 12 months. A longer billing interval results in a lower monthly price.
Can the service be tried for free?
Yes. The Free plan is permanently free – you get 10 electronic signatures per year.
